Terms & Conditions (Read the full list before booking)

• The vendor fee is for one indoor space accommodating a table no larger than 6 ft. Additional tables, rails, stands or displays require prior written approval.
• Vendors may sell only the products declared in their application. Any changes must be approved in advance.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable once a space has been approved and confirmed. If a vendor cancels or fails to attend, no refund or transfer will be provided unless otherwise agreed by Qarakata.
• If Qarakata cancels the event, vendors will receive a refund of the space fee paid. Qarakata will not be responsible for travel, stock, staffing or other costs incurred by the vendor.
