• Public Liability Insurance (free Quote Available)

• Food & Drinks Vendor Risk Assessment
  
• Hygiene Rating and Food Safety Assessment.
  
• Allergen Information Details
• Gas Safety Certificate
  
• PAT testing certificate for appliances
  
• Outdoors: BYO - Bring Your Own Table & Chairs (or hire)
• Outdoors: BYO - Bring Your Own Gazebo
• Powered Appliances: Must have safety certificates, fire extinguishers & adequate barriers.
• Food Venors: Must have Food Hygiene Certificates, PAT Tests for electrical equipment.
• All Vendors: Fire extinguisher & fire blanket
• All prices must be displayed
• A refundable security deposit of £50 (cash only) will need to be paid at the time of check-in on the 25th or 26 July)
• Strictly no refunds.

Included In Your Booking:

• Outdoors: 6m x 3m area for a food truck to display with your setup
• Indoors: 3m x 2m area
• Your branded social media template for marketing
• Strictly speaking, 3 or 6 items will be allowed, depending on the chosen package.
