    • No refunds 3 weeks before the event,
    • Partial refund 4 weeks before the event
  • All food vendors must have their own professional gazebos and weights (No garden tents will be accepted)
  • Electrical points are available on site; however, please charge your phones, PDQs, SumUp, etc. beforehand.
  • Food vendors must have their own gazebos, at least one table, and a chair
